On localization of entrepreneurial units services in the regions

A burning issue of national economy transformation is to identify the reserves for new entrepreneurial structures in every region of the country. This issue requires specialization analysis of small and medium entrepreneurship in various types of economic activity and current distribution in the regions. The results presented in the paper helped to identify coefficients of entrepreneurship localization for various types of economic activity sphere of service in every territorial entity of the country. Comparative analysis of achieved level of entrepreneurship localization in the territorial entities of the Russian Federation in eight types of economic activity in service sphere is made. Data on the number of the territorial entities with low and high levels of localization of entrepreneurial structures in each industry in the country is given. The study identified regularities for localization coefficients distribution in the regions. The author suggests these regularities to be described with the functions of standard distribution. Developed functions on such types of activity, as construction, wholesale and retail trade, hotels and restaurants, transport and communication, operations with real estate and rental, health and other community, social and personal services are given. Basic parameters of standard distribution functions are described. It is shown that the highest level of localization is achieved by small and medium enterprises and also by individual entrepreneurs in wholesale and retail trade. The proposals on entrepreneurship development in the country and its regions are specified.
