Modeling the mechanism of the development of pedagogical objects

The article is concerned with the complex of the issues dealing with the modeling the development of pedagogical objects. The detailed structure of the pedagogical object model is presented in it, which enables one to determine the actual state of the object and predict its future. The article offers the analysis of the problems of the modernization of the higher school educational system conditioned by development of the competent approach.
