On directions and problems in the functioning enterprises in modern conditions

The Article is devoted today to the issue of economic integration, particularly important in light of recent economic changes. The most important feature of the world economy globalization is the transnationalization of business and an active role of companies beyond national borders to expand markets for production and investment. In the article the author analyzes trends in transnationalization of the world economy and the impact on the domestic economy of Russia.
