On Directions for Improving Prosecutorial Supervision of the Implementation of Laws by Bailiff

The paper is devoted to identifying some areas for improving the prosecutor’s supervision of the legality of the actions of bailiffs. It has been established that in order to enhance the effectiveness of prosecutorial supervision in this area, the areas for improvement can be divided into three groups. Firstly, the improvement of legal acts regulating the interaction between the prosecutor’s office and the enforcement agencies during the implementation of supervisory measures. Secondly, the improvement of specific guidelines for prosecutors in specific areas of enforcement proceedings. Thirdly, improving the activities of the prosecutor’s office in supervising the legality of the actions of bailiffs during the enforcement of court decisions. Within each of these groups, recommendations have been proposed to determine the areas of improvement in the prosecutor’s supervisory activities.
