On the inevitability of changing of the criminal policy of counteraction to economic crime

The modern criminal policy on counteraction of economic crime was not productive and unfair. Economic indicators testify that measures for change of the criminal and criminal procedure legislation did not bring the expected results. Consequences of modern criminal policy on counteraction of economic crime are even more dangerous to social justice. It is destructive for the principle of equality of all before the law and court. Until recently this criminal policy was equitable to interests of an upper bourgeoisie and the corrupted officials, but not interests of the people. In 2014 Russia appeared in the new geopolitical situation demanding consolidation of all forces of society. For providing economic security, deoffshorization of economy, development of real production sector the new economic policy and the criminal policy on counteraction of elite economic crime and corruption accompanying still is necessary. It is necessary to refuse the last changes of the criminal and criminal procedure legislation which created system of privileges for enterprise estate.
