Several aspects of classification of methods of investigation of crimes against environment

The article contains a private scientific point of view upon manifold problems of classification of methods of investigating crimes against environment which are discussed and analyzed. The author focuses on methodological problems of search and selection of the base for classification of methods of crime investigation for those socially dangerous acts that are being committed in ecological sphere. On the base of theoretical analysis of big amount of scientific sources it is given an assumption that the methods of investigation of ecological crimes can be subdivided inside the class and that the typical method of investigation can be adapted to specific conditions of a concrete crime, which is of great practical importance during the preliminary investigation of criminal cases and also for court proceedings of criminal cases of the above-named categories.
