On some aspects of determining the patentability of the results of research work during the peer review process

The article is devoted to determining the patentability of the results of research work at the stage of its review. The object of the study is the result of research work (regardless of the subject area and focus of the research), the subject is the patentability of the obtained research results. The paper analyses and structures the criteria for attributing the obtained research results to the objects of industrial property, clarifies the directions of the reviewer's activity in determining the patentability of the results of research work and discloses their content, defines the directions for further research within the framework of the considered issues.
