About some aspects of training of employees of operational units on the use of confidential assistance of citizens

This article attempts to analyze the current situation in the field of training of qualified personnel for operational units of the internal affairs agencies, with regard to managing with confidential sources of information and consideration of a number of problematic issues related to this.
