On some aspects of political and legal views of A. Validov

The article exposes the ideas of A.Validov, a leader of Bashkir national movement about socialism, democracy state structure and political regime, The author analyses the drafts of the documents, which have provided the legal basis of a federative state, its national autonomies, and a local government, i.e. the aspects AValidov directly dealt with.
