About some aspects of the involvement of a professional in the process of the seizure of electronic data storages during operative search operations

The article discusses problematic issues related to the normative regulation of the activities of the operational units of the internal affairs bodies to attract specialists to conduct operational-search measures during the identification, suppression and disclosure of crimes related to drug trafficking. The article proposes measures to improve these activities.
