About some directions of improving the activity of the internal affairs bodies under extreme circumstances

The authors draw attention to the fact that in the context of globalization, the comprehensive protection of state sovereignty and public security is becoming increasingly important. The experience of color revolutions has shown how important the internal affairs bodies play in maintaining the peace in the state. Legal regulation of their activities in emergency situations is the basis for successful prevention of disruption of the normal functioning of the state. The authors substantiate that the improvement of the regulatory framework for the activities of the internal affairs bodies contributes to ensuring the rule of law in the conditions of a special legal regime.
