On some peculiarities of the interaction of the TRIPS Agreement and the world intellectual property organization and its impact on the national system of legal protection of intellectual property

The article is devoted to some aspects of the impact of the TRIPS Agreement on the national legal system of intellectual property protection. The impact of the TRIPS on the system of legal protection of a number of countries, its interaction with WIPO and other international agreements in the field of intellectual property are analyzed in this article.
