Concerning some approaches to the systematization of legal implications of an illegal criminal deed in the domestic theory of criminal law

The article studies the theoretical problems of establishment of the system of legal consequences for illegal actions in the criminal law, in particular, the lack of a broad consideration of the concept. It is stated that many researchers discuss separately punishment, other measures of criminal law, without considering them as a single system of legal implications of illegal criminal acts. The author substantiates the need to establish a unified system of legal implications for illegal criminal acts.
