Concerning some principles of constitutional justice and the problems of its implementation

The article studies independence, collegiality, publicity, adversarial system and equality of parties as principles of constitutional justice. The authors analyse these principles of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, consider their features and guarantees of implementation, propose guidelines aimed at improvement of their application.
