Concerning some private practices in the legal system of Russia

The article deals with the issues of social privatization that is an opposite of politicization and socialization. The author compares the nature and value of the private practices with the informal practices and the private legal regulation. Particular attention in the context of the concept of "private"is given to the meaning of "secret". The paper defines the essence of some private practices in relation to the judicial system: the pressure exerted by the representatives of power and authority structures on the court are viewing as the privatization of law. The author describes the features of the psychological state of judges when making a decision concerning a case and sentencing.
