About some problems of tourism development in the Russian Federation

Resume: This article discusses the conditions for the development of tourism as an industry, and the related problems of acquiring ownership of land. The purpose of the work is to identify the problems arising from the implementation of business projects in the tourism sector as a whole in the Russian Federation.
