About some problems of the jurisdictional powers of police officers related to delivery and detention

This article discusses important problems of administrative and jurisdictional powers of police officers arising in practice in the implementation of state coercion related to the delivery and detention of persons for committing crimes, in conditions of non-obviousness, as well as the detention and search of persons in respect of whom the court has established administrative supervision, who have not arrived at the place of its implementation, or arbitrarily who left him. The article presents the author's measures that contribute to the elimination of these problems, in order to amend the existing regulatory legal acts.
