Concerning some problems of the constitutional regulation of the property right

The article deals with constitutional regulations of one of the most fundamental rights - the property one. This paper discusses problems and contradictions in the securing of that institution in the Constitution of the Russian Federation comparing with the constitutions of the foreign countries and features of the international legal regulation of the institution. Also, the author considers problems of regulation of the most relevant constitutional objects of the property right, such as land and natural resources.
