Concerning some problems of criminological validity of contemporary Russian criminal legislation

It is justified criminologicaly, that one of the conditions favouring the development of criminality is imperfect legislation. Moreover, in this case it refers to almost any branch of the legislation associated with certain social relations. The negative results of such crudity and unreasoning eventually affect not only the law enforcement system, obliged to ensure the application of defective, useless laws, but also the whole society, forced to suffer the increasing number of crimes. Undoubtedly, it has a negative impact on the credibility of the legislators themselves and the government in general.
