About some issues of managing performance of investigation teams

The article is devoted to the issues of organizing the activities of investigative and operational groups in the Republic of Belarus that are relevant to criminalistic theory and practice. The problem aspects of their formation and features of functioning in the detection and investigation of crimes are considered. Attention is drawn to the existing legal and organizational problems in this regard, and ways to solve them are suggested, taking into account the current state of Belarusian legislation and trends in crime development.
