On some problems of selection and recruitment in the shipbuilding industry

This article discusses the problems of selection and recruitment in the Russian shipbuilding industry. The article briefly describes the differences and interrelationship between the concepts of selection, recruitment and hiring of personnel, characterizes the current state of staffing in the shipbuilding industry, substantiates the need to introduce new technologies for selection and recruitment, taking into account the specifics of the shipbuilding industry.
