About some problems of legal regulation of the inheritance of agricultural land plots

The article deals with the theoretical and practical issues of legal regulation arising from the inheritance of land plots and their shares, which belong to the category of agricultural land. Current reforms in the legal regulation of land relations in the Russian Federation are evident from adoption of a number of federal laws that have made significant changes to The Land Code of the Russian Federation and related legislation. Such problems as restrictions of the subjects on the right to property, inheritance of the land share are discussed. Particular attention is paid to the problems, which foreign entities face in the practice of inheriting agricultural land. We have noted that despite the intensive development of land legislation, there are still unresolved issues that require legislative arrangements
