About some problems in legal regulation of work of persons with disabilities in Russia

The article is examined the shortcomings of the current Russian labor legislation in the sphere of peculiarities of legal regulation of work of persons with disabilities as a special category of employees; the possible ways of the most effective resolution of issues of involvement of work of persons with disabilities were proposed. In this study it is proposed to develop the relevant areas of state policy and effective mechanisms of legal regulation of relations in the sphere of involvement of persons with disabilities as the workforce. In particular, with the aim to improve the competitiveness of persons with disabilities in the job market, the necessary explains to develop effective privileged financial-legal policy of the state, promoting to the most effective motives of employers to sign a work contract with persons with disabilities.
