On some problems of the development of international environmental law

The foundations of international environmental law were formed in the early 20th century, and currently, there are many significant international norms concerning various aspects of environmental protection. In the article, the authors consider some problems of the development of international environmental law at the present stage; possible ways of their solution are offered.
