On some issues of implementation of the right to health and medical care for rural residents of the Russian Federation (on the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan)

In recent years, the problems of the Russian hinterland, including the deterioration of the health status of the population in rural areas are topical. The rural population is much worse provided with medical care than the city, both in quantity and in quality. One important problem is still the lack of medical personnel. What needs to be done, what are the steps to begin with in order to bring healthcare in rural areas to its feet? This will be discussed in this article.
