About the time in economic relationships and before

The article is devoted to the current problem: modern trends in the development of economic relations and interests in the agricultural sphere. It is justified that at present the Russian APC, along with certain successes, does not have the necessary level of stability and needs serious institutional changes. The development of the sustainability of its functioning will largely depend on the correctness of the choice of the main areas of the state policy of the agricultural sphere in the conditions of import substitution and the sanctions regime. The article analyzed the dynamics of sustainable development of one of the largest Russian agricultural holdings in the Krasnodar region, assessing the effectiveness of the state’s agricultural policy, which emphasizes the priority development of large agricultural formations in Russia ; the conclusions about their activities are formulated, indicating the inability of large Russian agricultural groups to function in a competitive market environment in the food market in both the medium and long-term market.
