On some theoretical aspects of governance decentralization in Kyrgyzstan

The article analyzes a number of theoretical aspects of decentralization of management in the Kyrgyz Republic. Kyrgyzstan, one of the leading principles of power, constituted in the Basic Law, proclaimed the principle of separation of powers, where the basis of reforms of the management system is optimality and efficiency through minimizing costs. The periodization of the stages of the formation of the institution of LSG is reflected, some program regulatory documents aimed at the process of further reform of LSG are analyzed. Reflected the specifics of representative and executive-administrative authorities at the level of LSG.
