On some theoretical aspects of ensuring the protection of the human right to life and health by judicial authorities of Tajikistan

Purpose: To study of some theoretical aspects of ensuring the protection of the human right to life and health by the judicial authorities of Tajikistan. Methodology: Formal legal and comparative legal methods were used. Results: This article concludes that the activities of the judiciary in Tajikistan, acts as the main state mechanism to ensure the protection of the human right to life and health. Novelty/originality/value: The novelty of the article is that the author for the first time conducted a study of the main theoretical aspects of the activities of the judiciary in Tajikistan to ensure the protection of the human right to life and health.
