On some issues of the legalization of unauthorized construction out of court

The article analyzes the provisions of civil legislation on the possibility of recognizing ownership of an unauthorized building in an extrajudicial manner. It is concluded that to date, the legislator has not established any other (non-judicial) procedure for the legalization of unauthorized buildings.
