On some issues of the organization of the investigation of transnational crimes of an extremist character (on the materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan)

The article examines the important components of the organization of the investigation of transnational crimes of an extremist nature. A classification of typical initial investigative situations of the initial stage of investigation of transnational crimes of an extremist nature in the Republic of Kazakhstan is given. The importance of knowledge of such situations is argued for putting forward versions of an event that happened and programming the actions of the subjects of pre-trial investigation; as well as for the development of forensic methods, means and recommendations for actions in typical situations of disclosure and investigation of the considered group of crimes.
