About some issues of placement fees for the placement of production and consumption waste

The article deals with the current situation in our country related to the establishment of fees for the disposal of production and consumption waste in the interdisciplinary concept of the circular economy. Circular economy is a concept that was refined and popularized in the 2000s. It is to present an alternative to the dominant economy, called "linear", which contributes to the depletion of resources and environmental degradation.The author formulates the thesis that the legislative framework should productively use market mechanisms and other economic ways to motivate individuals and legal entities in the field of waste management in the form of tax, credit, and price incentives.
