About some questions of "regulatory guillotine" in Russian Federation

Resume: The article analyzes the features of modern regulatory policy in the context of the ongoing reform of control and supervisory activities in the Russian Federation. One of the most important directions of the «regulatory guillotine» reform is considered - the development of new structures of normative regulation for each sphere of public relations or type of state control (supervision). The characteristics of the current state of the control and supervisory activities of the authorities of the Russian Federation are given. In addition, the article analyzes the federal laws «On mandatory requirements in the Russian Federation» and «On state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation».
