On some issues of ethical rules in the design of criminal law

Introduction: the article presents the results of the analysis of ethical rules of procedural feasibility of criminal prosecution in the criminalization of socially dangerous acts in criminal law. Materials and Methods: the normative basis of the study is the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The methodological basis is the dialectical-materialistic method of cognition and general scientific and private research methods (analysis, synthesis, logical-legal, comparative-legal methods). Results: on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature and materials of judicial practice the question of interaction of criminal law and morality in the establishment and implementation of criminal law prohibition is considered. Discussion and Conclusions: the article presents a comprehensive analysis of the ethical rules in the construction of corpus delicti.
