On necessity of activation of victimological research of road transport crime in modern conditions

The article reveals the relevance of the victimological study of the causes, conditions of road traffic criminality, the need to study the victim of these crimes. It is pointed out that a comprehensive victimological analysis of road traffic criminality will make it possible to formulate proposals for the prevention of road traffic criminality at the present stage of society development.
