About the need to expand the competence of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation (in the context of the development of the institute of delegated legislation in Russia)

Introduction: the paper considers the issues of redistribution of powers between the Russian Federation and its subjects. Materials and Methods: the author assesses the role of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in building federal relations. Results: the author presented the concept of amendments to the legislation and the necessity of extending the competence of the Constitutional Court. Discussion and Conclusions: the author presented an extended interpretation of the competence of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
