About need of improvement of provisions criminal procedure code of the Russian federation for the statement of prestige of advocacy profession and establishment of justice

Purpose: Consideration of some practical problems which lawyers at implementation of protective activity face and development of the suggestions for improvement of the legislation directed on their elimination. Methodology: The method of the included supervision and formal- legal methods were used. Results: In article it is offered to make changes in a row of standards of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation on providing proofs by lawyers, interrogation of witnesses, the statement of branch to the judge, questions of an assessment of proofs, a legal process of consideration of complaints. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses a certain scientific and practical value.
