To the issue of improving the management of socio-economic development of regions

The paper proposes improving the management system of the implementation of priority projects, taking into account the experience of the implementation of national projects in 2005-2008, where the role of regions in the implementation of such projects was decisive. Accordingly, the authors propose to realize the development of the priority projects in the region. A region refers to as the territory of several subjects of the Russian Federation, where an inter-regional integration project is implemented. Project management is carried out by the project office.
