On introducing into the law the circumstances necessary to make a decision in applying paragraph 20 of the Article 397 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Russia

The article discusses the need for legislation to establish a list of circumstances which are necessary to take into account at the stage of a sentence execution when making a decision about extraditing a person convicted by a court of the Russian Federation to his native country to serve the sentence.
