About new opportunities of using modern digital technologies in law enforcement

To improve the quality of the provision of law enforcement services in electronic form within the framework of the implementation Plan of the National technology initiative (approved 14.02.2017, the Presidium of the presidential Council of the Russian Federation on economic modernization and innovative development of Russia) we consider it necessary to organize work on introduction of new information technologies of information processing and decision-making in law enforcement. Implementation of the Plan is designed to ensure the readiness of the state and society to the new economic and social realities created by the technological revolution. The article proposes to introduce new methods of information processing for law enforcement purposes, which will facilitate law enforcement and public security, simplify the mechanism of interaction of citizens with law enforcement agencies, while having a positive impact on the formation of a positive image and trust of citizens to state law enforcement agencies.
