Concerning the paradox of co-operation from the perspective of universum sociological theory of rationality

The paper observes the paradox of cooperation as a problem of rational behavior of an individual in a social group or an organization from the perspective of universum sociological theory of rationality. Such an approach allows acknowledging of the paradox of cooperation phenomenon as not a paradox, but a correlation of different types of rationality in behavior of members of the group or organization. This ratio characterizes the current existence and development of the group or organization and reveals levels of precooperative, cooperative and post-cooperative behavior of individuals.
