On the prospects of using the complex of information and library services (KIBO)

This article is devoted to the actual forms of non-stationary work of public libraries with different categories of users and the prospects of using information and library service complexes and digital information infrastructure in delivering information to each user in accordance with their current interests, location, and other specifics.
