About prospects of transfer to socially oriented non-profit organizations of certain powers of local governments (on materials of Novouralsk urban district)

The article discusses the powers of local governments in support of socially oriented NPOs, as well as the prospects for transferring to the non-commercial organizations of some of the individual powers of local governments in connection with changes to the Federal Law of 06.10.2003 № 131 «On the General Principles of the Organization of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation».
