The outlooks of the development of program products in a research medical institution

The work deals with the outlooks of the development of science-intensive computer program products in a public organization of health. It has been demonstrated objectively that the development of program products is possible only in a private organization, N t in a public one. The advantages of the author's model of development are shown.
