On prospects of seed and feed mill industry' Development in the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic

The article analyzes the state of seed grain and feed mill industry in the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic. Author examines the status and trends of crop in the Republic. Specific recommendations to improve the functioning of regional forage are developed. Generalized set of proposals to increase forage production on the basis of intensification of fodder production and the adoption of urgent measures to implement are presented. Measures aimed at improving seed systems by calculating seed requirements for grain production and grain forage respectively feed mill industry are considered.
