On the political responsibility

The article is devoted to the institutionalization of political responsibility as an indicator of democratic development. The basic idea is to reveal the political and legal nature of this definition. On this basis, it forms as responsibility of all actors of the political process to the law and society for their obligations and imposes it through the accountability and moral duty. This position enables us to justify to some extent the identification of political responsibility to the constitutional one.
