Concerning political leadership: modern trends and technologies

The article is devoted to the political leadership in modern context. The paper reviews both domestic and foreign authors’ works of recent years on this subject. The author emphasizes the study of new technologies in political leadership, such as technologies of interaction between youth and both formal and informal political leaders, technology of political marketing, crowdsourcing, etc.
