About positive and negative aspects of "forest amnesty"

The article analyzes the results and consequences of the application of the Law on «Forest Amnesty». The current judicial practice is considered, on the basis of which the authors conclude that in practice, a problem in the conservation of forest lands has been identified. It is noted that it is necessary to introduce additional mechanisms for protecting forests.
