On the notion of public enforcement as a form of realization of state authority

Public enforcement is one of the main forms of state influence on social realm. Alongside, in relations between the state and people, who are under the full powers of the state, it is necessary to apply public enforcement as a form of state authority, under which the state is able to realize its functions, and people, which are under the sovereign right of the latter, do not suffer from unwarranted interference into their lives from the part of the state. The establishment of such correlation is impossible without understanding the category of public enforcement. In this article, on the ground of classical and modern research works of national and foreign authors, including those who are not mentioned in the national science, the author of the article gives the analysis of features and signs of public enforcement as a form of realization of state authority, on the results of which the author formulates the definition of public enforcement.
