This article draws attention to the particular crime prevention related to manipulation of the consumer market and monetary sphere. Based on the materials published practice and doctrinal studies, the author gives a definition of manipulation in the penal sense and highlights several topical areas of criminological prevent criminal manipulation in the sphere of economic activity.
