On the concept "legal regime for foreign investments"

Alongside with the process of expanding the legal regulation scope of social relations the evolution of the contemporary Russian society is objectively required an improvement and the regulation quality, the development of sufficient order, which would ar- range any given life situation (the legal life) very effectively, effectually and in strict accordance to law, to guarantee legitimacy and legal order in the society. The legal regime is the special design; it is a special phenomenon, characterizing the regularity and the dynamics simultaneously, it is this which distinguishes the validity to response timely to social life disruptions and to prevent violations in the legal regulation. After the analysis of existing definitions, having been presented in the doctrine as well as in the national and international legislation, in this article the author is formulated the concept “Legal regime for foreign investments”. Special attention is given to the analysis of the legal regime, which is providing for foreign investors in Russia.
